Contemporary Powder Room

Project Overview:

Mary’s client had previously updated the kitchen but the powder room still held onto the old color scheme of heavy old world gold and dark wood. The clients requested a bathroom to complement the already renovated kitchen.

Mary selected the angled sink and floating cabinet in black and topped it with a light quartz for contrast. The flooring was changed from wood to a light gray ceramic tile. The new light fixtures add sparkle against the beautiful herringbone mosaic tile, and Mary replaced the tired crystal chandelier with a new modern pendant. The watercolor floral art introduces color and texture into this sophisticated powder room.

Everything in this small space shines with a truly contemporary look and feel.
